3 Simple And Powerful Techniques How You Can Make Your Dreams Come True
Do you want to make your dreams come true? Do you want to be rich and successful? If you do, this will be the right article that you cannot miss. Read this article to the end and you will discover the 3 powerful techniques that you can use immediately to help you achieve your dreams.
Most people fail to accomplish their dreams because they did not know how to do it. Even if they did, they are not doing anything about it. And here are the 3 powerful techniques that can help you to achieve what you want in your life. Are you ready to discover them?
1. First, know what you want and create a plan to achieve them. You have to understand that before you start your journey, you must first find out your destination. You cannot hit a target if you do not know what it is. Therefore, take your time to set goals in every area of your life. How much do you want to earn in the next 5 to 10 years? What type of house do you want to live in? Where do you want to go for vacation? Spend time to discover about your destiny right now.
2. Next, create a to-do list so that you will know what you need to do during the day. Write down at least 5 things that you must do in order to move toward your goals each day. This is the key to stay focused and be more productive. If you do not know what you need to do, most probably you will end up spending your time on other unnecessary task such as watching television or sleeping. This is why knowing what you need to do each day is so important.
3. Finally, take action according to your to-do list. Commit yourself to take action no matter how busy you are. This is the secret to achieving your dreams and the main factor for producing the results you want in your life. If you are not doing anything, it is impossible for you to create the results you want. Always remember this, there is no free lunch in this world. You need to do something to produce the results you want. Thus, put in the commitment today and take consistent action until you achieve your dreams.

THREE FOUNDATIONS FOR THE LIFE OF A WRITER
When one thinks of what it might be like to live the life of a writer, several things of course come to mind: freedom to travel, notoriety, a sharp brain through old-age, and the joy inherent in living a creative life -- being the most obvious. This article deals with the discovery phase, giving an overview of what we find when we ask, "What is it like to live the life of a writer?"
Three main ideas surface: 1) the need for flexibility in a number of areas, 2) background requirements on which you draw every day, and 3) the daily grind.
The message is clear: if you don't have a lot of flexibility in your life or your personality don't try to be a full-time writer. The first thing you need to be flexible on is your source of income - everyone agrees it is helpful if you have an alternative source that meets your daily needs, that you can draw on for a number of years as you get your writing business going. You also need to be flexible about what you write, remember you are writing for a public and also for your editor. A lot of other people will have their fingers in your finished products. The final flexibility that you need with your self. Hold yourself to the highest standards and you'll always be somewhat frustrated, not high enough and your work may be sloppy or not progress in skill. There will be some days you write well, and some days you trash everything, be kind to yourself and know these are just part of the process.
In order to write well you have to read a lot, almost everyone who was ever written on writing agrees to that. But in today's web-based world it is also makes sense that what you read covers a wide variety of content areas. All the researchers have studied mastery, whether it be at playing chess, painting, or any worthwhile activity, agree that it takes 10,000 hours of practice to become really good at anything. That's equal to three hours a day, seven days a week, for 10 years. Writing is a very competitive field, although with web-based publishing much easier to break into than it used to be. Nevertheless, only those who have been willing to put in those 10,000 hours will likely rise to the top. Finally you need to be able to organize your thoughts in order to be a good writer. A lot of this goes on a subconscious. As you interview, research your topic, take pictures, etc. in preparation for your writing your subconscious mind will help you sort and to classify so that when you put it all together in an article it makes sense.
Finally you have to be willing to take writing on as "the daily grind." With self-publishing writing has become a multifaceted business. As with any business there are options, and each will have a financial outcome attached. Recently it has become evident that many authors are making more money on Amazon with Kindle, then they used to make with royalties and publishers. The world of writing and the world of publishing are so closely connected that today a writer more than likely also needs to take on the publishing role.
So how does all of this add up to the life of writer? If you work it properly, as you keep your mind-set on the lifestyle you want to live, you may just end up like Dennison Berwick who travels the world in his 32 foot yacht home that he calls the Kuan Yin. He travels the world, writes about his journeys and uses his blog and website to promote his books. Where ever you go, or what path you follow, you'll use that flexibility, background and strong habits that you develop now to carry you through.

EVERY THING HAPPENS FOR A PURPOSE
Do you ever stop and think to yourself if you had done something different that you would have had a different outcome? Well of course you do. Everyone does. I think it's normal to contemplate and play the 'what if' game. Even thought I sometimes wonder what would have happen had I done some things differently, I don't ponder on it much because I believe that everything happens for a reason.
Everything that you have done up until now has happened for a specific reason. Where you were born. What school you went to. All of the decisions that you have made. It all happened for a reason. Think for a moment... had you done something differently in your life what the outcome would have been. Everyone always thinks of the positive things that could have happened. For example, perhaps if you had went to graduate school you would be earning more money? Perhaps if you had not taken the first job you were offered when you graduated from college you would be further along in your career? Perhaps if you had only put in a few more hours, you would have gotten the promotion that was given to someone else? Well, perhaps this is all true but do you ever stop to think what would not have happened had your life taken those turns?
If you went to graduate school perhaps you would be making more money but it would have been in a field that you didn't like. If you didn't take that first job you would have never met your spouse who worked down the hall and gotten married. If you would have put in a few more hours to get the promotion you may have missed the birth of your first child. The 'what if' game can go on forever but the reality is everything, and I do mean everything, happens for a reason.
I think it's best to use each situation as a learning block. If you make a mistake, try hard not to make that same mistake again. If you do something in life that you regret, if you're still alive, you have the opportunity to right your wrong. If you have failed to accomplish a goal by a certain date then change the date and keep pushing forward. At the end of the day when it's all said and done, no one can go back and change time.
No one can undo something that has been done. The only thing that you can do is create a future for yourself that is better than your past. It's important to remember that something you did in your past laid out the stepping stones and foundation for your future. Be it good or bad it in your best interest to make the best of it. No one can control what happened in their past but everyone can control what happens in their future!

Improve Your Confidence
Your mind is like a computer; you create feelings in your body through the images and sounds that you create in your mind. When you create great pictures of success in your mind along with a positive internal voice you create empowering feelings in your body. Through constant practise and conditioning, these become automatic processes that give you the feelings you want consistently. I'll show you how these process work and how to achieve more confidence in any area of your life.
Master your Mind
In order to achieve more confidence, first you must master your mind. By creating empowering images and sounds in your mind you create empowering feelings of confidence in your body. Have you ever seen somebody that is so confident, and you thought it would be awesome to be like that? How do you think they become confident like that? They created amazing pictures of themselves succeeding in their mind, along with a confident internal voice that told them they can achieve whatever they want. This drove them to take action and as they took action over and over, everything became easier and easier. Confidence became an automatic process, like tying their shoelace or brushing their teeth. Therefore, the real trick to lasting confidence is to take more action, over and over. You became great at walking, because when you were a baby, you tried it so many times. Finally after falling down enough times, you were able to walk and it became an automatic process. The same is true about confidence or any other empowering emotion. The more action you take over and over, you'll eventually become confident in this area which will be lasting confidence. This all sounds good in theory, but let me give you a technique that will give you more confidence and allow you to take more action to achieve lasting confidence.

Visualise and Anchor
Close your eyes and slow down your breathing. Imagine seeing yourself in a blockbuster movie. See the way you move, the way you breathe and the look on your face when you're doing something you're totally confident in. Now step inside yourself in that movie and see everything through your own eyes when you're totally confident. Make the pictures bigger, brighter and more colourful in your mind now. What sounds do you here around you, when you're totally confident? Make these sounds richer and louder. Now feel the amazing feelings of confidence spread throughout your body as you completely confident in this situation. Intensify these feelings of confidence now, and when you're completely confident squeeze your thumb and middle finger together for about 2-3 seconds and then release. This will create an emotional anchor for these confident feelings. Keep visualising and when you feel these amazing feeling of confidence again, squeeze these fingers together. Repeat this 3-5 times. Now when you squeeze these fingers you'll have all these amazing feelings of confidence spread throughout your body.

Transfer the feeling
Now close your eyes again and visualise the situation you're struggling to have confidence in. Imagine you're in a blockbuster movie and see everything playing out successfully, the way you want it to play out. Notice the way you look, the way you breathe and the look on your face when you're totally confident in this situation. Now step inside yourself in this movie and see everything play out successfully through your own eyes. Make the images bigger, brighter and bolder and create a confident internal voice in your head. Now squeeze your anchor and feel all these feeling of confidence spread throughout your body while you're in this situation. Go back and repeat this 3-5 times. Now when you fire your anchor, all those amazing feelings of confidence will spread throughout your body.

Open your eyes and think of the situation you were struggling with confidence. How do you feel now? I bet you feel great and you're itching to take some action. With all these amazing feelings of confidence inside you're able to take more action in this situation. By taking more action over and over you'll create an automatic feeling of confidence in your body that will last. This is a quick and easy way to create lasting confidence in any area of your life. This will ultimately lead you to enjoy more happiness and success in your life.
